The Engineering in Medicine and Health Division is pleased to announce the winners of the 2007 Duncan Dowson Prize.

This year's prize was awarded to A Armillotta, P Bonhoeffer, G Dubini, S Ferragina, F Migliavacca, G Sala and S Schievano for their paper on 'Use of Rapid Prototyping Models in Planning of Percutaneous Pulmonary Valved Stent Implantation', published in JEIM 183, H4 pp 407-416.

Silvia Schievano and Francesco Migliavacca were invited to attend this year's Medical Extravaganza Chairman's Dinner on 3 July 2008, where they were presented with their certificates and prize of £350 on behalf of all the authors.

The Engineering in Medicine and Health Division would like to congratulate Silvia, Francesco and all their co-authors on their achievement and wish them the best of luck in their future career.
