You may either commence the appointment process by writing to us (see below) or you may download and print off the application form (PDF 26 KB), and send it to us, together with the appointment fee of £200 (plus VAT). Cheques should be made payable to the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and sent with the hard copy of the application. It is important that contact names and telephone and fax numbers are included for all parties to the dispute.
