Databases

The library subscribes to the following databases.

MIRA (Motor Industry Research Association)

This internet database is compiled by the Automotive Centre at MIRA and covers all the journals, reports and technical papers in their collection. In addition it covers automotive statistics, conferences, and automotive company information.

SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers)

This CD ROM database covers all SAE papers, special publications and reports. It covers all aspects of automotive engineering. The library holds a large collection of SAE papers which are shelved in the basement. Please ask a member of staff if you require a paper.
