An Engineer in Court

When conflicts occur, court action often results. It is imperative that the engineer has a full understanding of the legalities surrounding their role and can maintain and produce personal records of the highest standards - their legal team will need these to formulate a case or provide a defence. With this in mind, in conjunction with our legal partner Bond Solon, this event will offer key advice on an engineer’s relationship with the law. Delegates will learn the legal implications of effective note-taking and record-keeping, gain valuable insight into product protection and insurance best practice.

Technology Forcasting

The seminar is a partnership between the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the IPM KTN to ensure that wide industry experience, official “government agency” guidance, “best practice “and contemporary thinking are combined for the benefit of attendees.
