Notice of 26th Annual General Meeting
The Division will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 18 May 2010.  Details of vacancies etc are available in the attached notice.

Future Events
The Aerospace Industries Division's Technical Activity Committees have organised a programme of events for this year. Additional to these IMechE also co-sponsors events prepared by the other Aerospace Partners as well as other charitable organisations.

Student Seminars
The Division holds free, half-day events aimed at those entering into a career in aerospace engineering who are studying at university or are enrolled in MPDS. If you would like ensure that your organisation is included in publicity please complete and return the fax-back form .

Aerospace Centres
The Division established its first Regional Committee (the Western Aerospace Centre) in Bristol in October 2000 and was proud to launch its second (IMechE Aerospace North West) in May 2004.

Whittle Reactionaries Prize
This prize is open to members and non-members under the age of 35. The winner will receive prize money of £1500 and a specially commissioned, engraved bronze medal.

Schools Aerospace Challenge
The Aerospace Challenge is an event open to students between the ages of 16 and 18. The name of this year's winning team can be discovered by visiting the website . 

Aerospace Partnership
The Aerospace Partnership between the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Royal Aeronautical Society was established in 1997. Members of each body are cross-represented on each Board and staff meet biennially to decide which events should be co-sponsored.
