The Privy Council have approved the Royal Charter and By-law changes, passed at the Special Meeting of the Institution on 20 February.  These changes give voting rights to Associate Members.

Voting Papers for the Trustee Board and Council Elections were despatched to all Corporate and Associate Members on 18 April. 

Members may vote by post or by the internet.  If voting by the internet, you will require the two security passwords given on page 2 of your voting paper.  www.votebyinternet.com/imeche08

The closing date for voting is noon on 21 May.  The results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday 28 May at 5.15 pm.
