An Ordinary Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers will be held on Monday 15 March at 6.00pm at the Institution’s HQ: One Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ. All members and their guests are welcome.

TRUSTEE BOARD ELECTIONS 2010
The Trustee Board is responsible for the governance and control of the Institution. In accordance with By-law 64, the current board will present a list of Corporate Members nominated for election as President, Deputy President, Vice-Presidents and Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board.

Any Corporate Member (Under By-law 64.2) may add to the list a candidate or candidates eligible for election to any of the offices mentioned above. Each nomination form must be signed by the nominating member and at least 11 other Corporate Members, and include the written consent of the nominee.

COUNCIL ELECTIONS 2010
The Council is responsible for recommending strategy for the Institution and representing the views of the membership at large. Corporate Members who are interested in standing for the Council should also contact Joan Gibbins as above.
Completed nomination forms for both Elections must be delivered to the Chairman before or at this Ordinary Meeting.
