NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, open to all members of the Institution and their guests, will be held at 1 Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ, on Wednesday 28 May 2008 at 6.00 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business: 

1. The presentation and consideration of the Annual Review of the Trustee Board for 2007.

2. The presentation and consideration of the Trustees’ Report and  Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.

3. The appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditors.

4. The announcement of the result of the Annual Elections to the Trustee Board and Council.
