The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) has a vision and purpose to ‘improve the world through engineering’. A world-leading professional body with over 115,000 members, the IMechE’s prestigious London headquarters is centrally located near St James’s Park in the heart of Westminster.
Reporting to the Head of Building Services, this role will be part of a small team delivering first class facilities services including porterage and basic maintenance to employees, tenants and members of the Institution to ensure a clean, safe and secure working environment.
You should have proven experience within a customer service environment, have good health and safety awareness, be able to prioritise and work to deadlines, be experienced in basic maintenance skills and ideally have held a similar role, including working in a room and venue hire environment. You should also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
