The following meetings will be held at the Institution’s HQ: One Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ on Wednesday 23 May:

Annual Meeting at 5.15 pm

The one hundred and sixty fifth Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

The presentation and consideration of the Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011.
The appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditors.
The announcement of the results of the Trustee Board and Council Elections.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting. Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote. (By-law 38). Proxy Votes will be accepted.

Ordinary Meeting at 6.00 pm

Professor Isobel Pollock will present her Presidential Address entitled “Measuring Success”.

Members of all classes and their visitors are welcome (By-law 39).
