a) The total number of votes cast was 9,682 being 16.5% of the ballot papers sent to Corporate and Associate Members.  The number of votes cast online was 2,485 (26%).

b) The total number of votes found to be invalid were:

• 190 for the Deputy President panel
• 388 for the Vice-President panel
• 806 for the Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board panel
• 547 for the Ordinary Member of the Trustee Board – under 30
