The IMechE’s Scholarships, Awards and Grants mentioned in this Section are administered by the Educational Awards Committee (with the exception of The Whitworth Scholarship Awards, administered by the Whitworth Awards Panel) and have been set up to support the educational and development needs of today’s undergraduates.
The Undergraduate Development Fund offers assistance through a number of Scholarships and Grants to undergraduates who are about to embark on, or who are already pursuing, mechanical engineering degrees accredited by the Institution.
The awards include scholarships, grants for academic and industrial placements abroad and assistance for those who find themselves in temporary financial difficulty.
